CAN you lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks?

There are lots of people out there that want to lose weight quickly for an event, party, wedding, holiday or something like that! But is it safe to do so and if so how can you do it… Read on!

If you are one of these people then make sure you get all the information here without skipping anything as its valuable that you understand all the facts on how this can safely work.

So Can you lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks – Yes you can if you do either of the following:

1. Go on a juice detox diet – This is when all you consume is fresh, organic vegetable and fruit juices. This diet cleanses your body of toxins and undigested food whilst flooding your system with fresh enzymes and goodness.

    This is not recommended for a long period of time but for a short time i.e.3-5 days can be very empowering, energizing, and effective.

    2. Cardiovascular Exercise! - Pick your favorite type of exercise and do it lots over the 2 weeks prior to your event on 5 days of each week for a minimum of 30 minutes each time! Good examples are running, cycling, swimming, aerobics, skipping etc.

      It would NOT be recommended to do these 2 together! If you chose to exercise more then you need your strength and power from eating! You can still eat meals but just reduce the amount of alcohol, sugars, pastries and dairy products over this time. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit.

      Losing weight is never easily done – it requires work. If you put in the work you can get the results! Believe that you can and you will – FACT.
