Raw Almond Milk is such an amazing substitute for dairy milk and has fantastic nutritious properties that are essential in a new raw food diet program.
METHOD:
Soak 1 Cup of Organic Almonds overnight then rinse and discard the soaked water
Place the nuts in the blender with 4 Cups of Fresh filtered water and blend
The nuts will totally break down and a white milk will appear.
Pour this white liquid through a nut milk bag
You can sweeten with Agave Nectar and or honey, and a pinch of pink salt is optional also.
